Paulo da Silva is a co-founder of BIGLife Group Inc., a global leadership development company that offers programs to individuals and organizations. He is also an executive coach and business consultant and known as an intuitive, and passionate leader.

Paulo believes in supporting individuals in growing their personal awareness and is committed to developing individual and team leadership capacities in support of personal and business objectives.

Paulo has successfully coached individuals and teams for fortune 500 and 100 companies such as American Express, Ceridian, Lexus, Merrill Lynch and Salesforce.com. The diversity in age, culture, and professions of Paulo’s clients, the majority of whom are based in Canada and Europe, give Paulo his unique, global perspective and vision.

With an international business and experience in procurement, relationship management, business planning, revenue management, and sales, Paulo brings an all-encompassing understanding of the corporate world to the clients he serves.

Paulo has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph and is an accredited and certified coach with CTI, Coaches Training Institute. Paulo is trained in the ORSC (Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching) model with Center for Right Relationship and works with teams and groups across the globe. As well he is trained and certified in the Leadership 360 Profile and delivers this tools to individuals, teams and organizations to uncover leadership strengths and organizational cultures.
